Your cancellation rights

Alliance Sports is dedicated to making sure that on every visit the customer will be satisfied. At Alliance Sports we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your requirements once delivered.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of items you have purchased within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all our products. To cancel a purchase within the 7 days please call our Customer Service desk on 0870 890 3663 or e-mail sales@alliancesports.co.uk. Please note that Alliance Sports cannot accept the return of these products:



Alliance Sports are pleased to announce that this does not affect your statutory rights.

Once you have cancelled your contract, please pack the relevant item(s) securely, enclose your Alliance sports return form and send the item(s) back to us as soon as possible. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the Returns Form, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of your purchase, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible within 30 working days after we receive your notification. Your cancellation rights
